- Prepare laboratory analysis, failure analysis reports.
- Conduct engineering failure analysis (FA) and materials-related testing to identify root cause of failures.
- Conduct polymer characterization tests on construction material (sealant, waterproofing membrane, etc.) such as thermal analysis, material type identification, material composition analysis.
- Ensure laboratory instruments and equipment are properly calibrated and maintained to meet relevant quality standards.
- Manage lab operation and supervise a team of five technicians.
- Process owner for ellipsometer, furnaces, auto titration, IRLST and uPCD.
- Implementation of physical testing techniques and standard operating procedures.
- Conduct investigation and report any deviation of lab measurement.
- Monitoring stability of tools and processes by using SPC.
- Document review of FMEA.
- Conduct calibration and GRR of tool.
- Min Degree in Chemical/Chemistry/Applied Science Engineering or it's equivalent
- Experience in any Laboratory Equipment from Semicon/Manufacturing Company
- At least 3 years related working experience in semiconductor environment
- Able to work in a team
