We are seeking an experienced fixed assets accounting manager with a strong understanding and experience in fixed assets systems and processing.
Responsibilities
Fixed Assets Management:
- Ensure assets are capitalized in accordance with the Group's policy and compliance with IFRS
- Prepare fixed assets schedule in Blackline and BPC
- Fixed asset Master data Management
- Set up Project master data for new fixed asset
- Coordinate physical asset sighting and perform reconciliation
- Enforce FA tagging policy
- Prepare the aged Asset Under Construction report and follow up with users for action
- Coordinate with stakeholders on capex usage and approval
- Coordinate with IT and users to resolve system related issues for fixed assets and capex
- Ensure IT projects are properly capitalized
Compliance:
- Prepare audit schedule, documentation for audit samples and address audit queries
- Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) selfassessment for fixed assets
Reporting and Forecasting:
- Monthly / Quarterly Reconciliation and Reporting
- Group and BU Fixed Asset forecasting
- EU taxonomy and CSRD reporting
- Support tax team on schedules
Others:
- Participate in S4 Hana implementation
- M&A integration and other improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent at least 8 to 10 years of relevant experience
- Proficient with SAP Fixed Assets module
- Shared services experience in fixed assets, handling a large of entities will have an advantage.
- Working knowledge of Blackline / Analysis for Office will be a plus
- Agile and highly adaptable in fast paced working environment
- Resourceful and initiativetaking, ability to work independently
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
