Responsibilities:
- Support the academy in developing, managing, and executing courses
- Project manage both online and physical course materials for academy courses
- Execute the development and publishing of lesson plans and assessment plans
- Independently execute production development or collaborate with outsource teams to complete course contents
- Research and compile course resource materials with domain experts
- Act as a facilitator for courses if required
Requirements and Skills:
- Minimum degree in architecture or equivalent
- Minimum 35 years of experience in Training and Adult Education
- Knowledge in video editing and basic animation skills, or willingness to embark on courses to obtain necessary capabilities
- Strong team player, capable of working collaboratively with various stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes
- Resilient and resourceful with excellent problemsolving and criticalthinking skills, thriving in a fastpaced, resultsoriented, and ambiguous work environment
