    Description

    Responsibilities:

    Team Leadership and Management:


    1、Align with overall company objectives, responsible for building and managing teams in Singapore, overseeing daily operational activities to ensure efficient operations to meet global business development needs.

    2、Lead local teams to ensure efficient collaboration, enhance employee performance through training and development plans.


    Local Capability Building:


    1、Manage warehouse logistics, product processes including goods receipt and dispatch, product processing, testing, coding, warehouse management, and logistics process optimization.


    2、Ensure local warehouse and process center operations comply with local safety and regulations, driving continuous improvements to enhance delivery efficiency and business capabilities.

    3、Analyze and evaluate local warehouse and process center operational processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement corresponding policies or measures.

    4、Develop annual operating budgets, control costs, ensure compliance within budget scope, and continuously adhere to company guidelines and regulations.


    Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Communication:


    1、Collaborate closely with global operations, sales, procurement, warehouse logistics, inventory planning departments to meet market demands and provide quality services.

    2、Report local operational situations to company management and communicate and explain significant changes or issues.


    3、Timely convey the latest strategies or policies to local personnel and assist them in understanding and implementation, maintaining team morale and work enthusiasm.


    Qualifications:


    With 10 years or more of experience in warehouse, logistics, or operations management, with 5 years or more of team management experience preferred.

    Bachelor's or Master's degree, preference given to relevant majors such as supply chain management, logistics management, etc.

    Rich experience in team building, company management, employee training, employee performance management, customer service awareness, etc.

    Outstanding team and project management abilities, capable of handling complex situations and making effective decisions.


    Proficient in building good management relationships with employees, recognizing and understanding company goals for local strategic planning, taking responsibility for driving local capability building with results orientation.

    Excellent communication skills, negotiation skills, effective internal and external communication.

    Willingness and ability for continuous learning, constantly improving regional development levels.

    Proficient in the use of computer office software; proficiency in ERP/SAP and other system operation platforms is a plus
