    Roles & Responsibilities

    We are seeking an experienced and strategic-minded Digital Marketing Ads Specialist to spearhead our paid advertising initiatives. As a key player in our dynamic team, you will be responsible for orchestrating the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns, driving us towards ambitious business goals. This role demands hands-on expertise, data analytics skills, and the ability to develop and implement advanced paid media strategies.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Provide leadership to develop and execute advanced paid media strategies to maximize ROI and foster long-term business growth.
    • Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
    • Implement testing methodologies and optimization strategies to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
    • Lead the development of comprehensive paid advertising strategies, covering audience targeting, remarketing, budget allocation, channel selection, and cross-channel optimization.
    • Oversee the creation and optimization of ad creatives and landing pages, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and resonance with the target audience.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, brand and analytics, ensuring cohesive and integrated marketing campaigns. Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture, encouraging continuous learning and development.
    • Manage and allocate advertising budgets effectively, ensuring an optimal return on investment. Provide strategic recommendations on budget adjustments based on performance data and business goals.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and changes in the digital advertising landscape.
    • Integrate new opportunities and innovations into the paid media strategy to maintain a competitive edge.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Relevant education, Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Real Estate or a related field.
    • 2-3 years of working experience in a related field, with proven track record in paid advertising campaign management.
    • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Practical expertise in crafting and implementing paid media strategies across diverse online advertising channels, including but not limited to Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, and any relevant platforms, tailored to different products.
    • Google Ads certifications is considered a valuable asset and will be advantageous for the role.
    • Proficiency in conducting keyword research and utilizing SEO tools to identify trends, analyze website performance, and recommend optimizations.
    • Prior experience as Ad Ops/Ad Operations Specialist, Media Buyer/Media Buy Specialist, and Programmatic Specialist is preferred but not required.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and Google Office suite (Excel Sheets, Word Documents & PowerPoint Presentations).
