    My Client is a leading stable firm in Singapore.

    Responsibilities

    My client is looking for a Cybersecurity Tools Support Team Lead (Manage vendors) to support the firm.

    • Provide technical assistance for cybersecurity platforms managed by security function, overseeing various devices and systems covering host security, network security, data protection, identity and access management, cloud security, application security, and security operations.
    • Monitor vulnerabilities and evaluate the impact of patches and updates on cybersecurity platforms.
    • Support the supervision of the platform support L2 team.
    • Handle escalations and troubleshoot issues, coordinating with vendors when required.
    • Create incident and problem management reports, assess procedures, analyze root causes, and suggest improvements.
    • Develop comprehensive security operating models and documentation to ensure operational efficiency, cost-effectiveness, scalability, and sustainability.
    • Identify and propose process enhancements to support existing cybersecurity platforms.
    • Engage in the evaluation, proof-of-value/proof-of-concept, design, build, and deployment of enterprise-class cybersecurity systems.
    • Act as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor in security function, collaborating closely with stakeholders in Technology Group and Business Groups on matters related to cybersecurity engineering.

    Qualifications and Skills Required:

    • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
    • Have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, ideally in financial services or asset management, with at least 7 years focused on Cyber Security or Information Security.
    • Demonstrate practical experience in supporting and maintaining cybersecurity platforms, including proficiency in troubleshooting techniques and diagnostic tools usage.
    • Proficient in scripting and coding, particularly in Python or similar programming languages.
    • Solid comprehension of Windows and Linux operating systems, networking principles, protocols, and access rights management.
    • Display meticulousness, adaptability, and curiosity, with a keen eye for detail, analytical acumen, and exceptional problem-solving abilities.
    • Be an effective team player and possess excellent communication skills.
    • Possess professional certifications in information security, such as CISSP/CISM/CEH, which are advantageous.
