Customer Service Representative - Singapore - ZENITH INFOTECH (S) PTE LTD.
Description
1. Provide technical support for resolution of customer IT problems, incidents, issues, requests and queries.- Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
- Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact, not transaction processing.
- Must have customer service experience (1-2 years)
Have certain IT knowledge (eg:
mobile apps) & Internet Savvy
Working Hours: 44 hours 5.5 days per week on rotating basis.
shift hours (8 hours - 8am to 5pm; 9am to 6pm; 11am to 8pm) and (4 hours - 8am to 12pm; 10am to 2pm)
