Job Responsibilities- Able to assist director to negotiate and close business deals, contracts, and partnerships, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the organization. represent Director at certain business appointments
- Ability to travel occasionally
- Manage personal tasks for the Director
- Travel with Director for business trips
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the Director, including call screening, calendar management, meeting scheduling, minutetaking, and appointment reminders. Any ad hoc tasks to support the DirectorQualificationsAt least a bachelor's degreeAble to fluently read, write, & speak in both English & ChineseAble to attend meetings to translate discussionsRelevant secretary / personal assistant experience is an added advantage
