Our client is Singapore leading player in Real Instate industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a FP&A Manager, in hopes of developing the current high performing Finance team. They are located in the Central area – easily accessible.

Duties of FP&A Manager:

• Deliver insights on market trends and financial analysis to support strategic business decisions and financial projections.
• Review monthly financial outcomes, explaining deviations from budget expectations and forecasts.
• Oversee the annual budget process, incorporating economic trends to inform predictions.
• Collaborate with business units to develop strategies enhancing growth and profitability.
• Create occasional presentations for executive leadership.
• Enhance financial controls and processes.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in accounting fields
• Min 10 years of FP&A experience with external audit exposure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
