    Roles & Responsibilities

    The IB is dedicated to developing international education that creates a better world. The role of the Regional Development and Recognition team is to manage and nurture key stakeholder relations with Governments, Higher Education Institutions, Associations, Corporate Partnerships, Large Entities of Schools and Individual Schools in the 'interested phase' before application for candidacy. The team is also responsible for building the awareness, acceptance and recognition of the IB programmes and services in the region.

    While reporting to the Head of Development Asia Pacific, the Development Associate is also required to collaborate and support the in-country Development and Recognition Managers based across the Asia Pacific. There is also the need to collaborate with internal departments for seamless transfer of information and support for the Development function.

    Responsibilities

    Stakeholder Focus

    · Provide quality service to all stakeholders who contact Development directly or through IB Answers by responding within 3 working days. Ensuring that cases assigned to the team on IB Answers are responded or escalated to Development Managers on a timely basis. Feedback to Development Managers on viability and possible concerns from stakeholders.

    Business Development

    · Daily monitoring of leads on Salesforce, data reporting through tracking of reports on Salesforce and creating data sets that provide valuable insights for the team. Presenting updates on performance to the team on monthly basis.

    · To monitor progress of applications regularly through the various internal systems and provide updates on progress in reports to the team.

    · To coordinate all AP Development team requests to marketing through the MarCom Collaboration Hub, collaborate with MarComms on requests and provide feedback to AP Develop team in a timely manner.

    Outreach Events

    · To organise and provide support in the planning, documentation and logistics for outreach events organised by the Development function.

    · To schedule, promote and deliver pre-recorded webinars to stakeholders.

    Recognition

    · To manage all correspondence relevant to the use of IBIS by universities and governments, including all calls from universities that are escalated by IB Answers.

    · To decide independently through research whether a university that has requested an IBIS account should be granted an account. 99% accuracy to be achieved.

    CRM – Salesforce, PowerBI and other system

    · Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports.

    · Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize efficiency and quality.

    · Filter, "clean" and maintain accuracy of data on salesforce.

    · Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns on school AFC process trends.

    · Work with PP Development team to prioritize business and information needs.

    Requirements

    · Bachelors' degree required and/or a combination of experience, education and training that would provide the level of knowledge and ability required for the position.

    · Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

    · Good organizational and procedural skills - ability to maintain accuracy and provide correct information.

    · Excellent written and oral communication.

    · Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently through to completion.

    · Work in a multi-cultural team include remote support to Development Managers.

    · Working knowledge in using Salesforce, PowerBI.

    · Excellent MS Office, and Internet skills.

    · Self-starter and ability to take initiative.

    · Flexibility and patience.

    · Ability to work both independently, and within a team.
