The CO+I Supply Chain Planning & Analytics team is seeking a seasoned and innovative Operations Analyst with a passion for data, analytics, process improvements, helping others, technology, and operations.

Responsibilities:


Responsibilities:

Business Operations

  • Managing the supply side of the planning equation, lead and support suppliers and project execution teams to capture and report historic, current, and forwardlooking information to support performancetoplan analytics, risk management, and inventory tracking.
  • Conduct production meetings with various stakeholders to understand and track changes to plans and execution and enable visibility into impacts to the business.
  • Support strategic prioritization discussions using firsthand knowledge of a complex portfolio of constrained resources to optimize global, efficient, and impactful deployment of those resources.
  • Use a deep understanding of manufacturing best practices to work effectively with suppliers and be able to report deeply on inventory matters including WIP, material procurement, cycles, quality, testing, ontime delivery, setting and measuring KPIs, and overall inventory management concepts.

  • Bring insights into process improvements internally and externally to add better transparency across the business.

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in business, Supply Chain, process improvement or related organization.
  • Forecasting Model Development Experience
  • Deep technical knowledge, ideally with experience in multiple sectors and industries
  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, engineering, or related discipline is required.

Preferred Qualifications:


  • BS/BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
  • Previous Data Center exposure/experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work in ambiguous situations and across organizational boundaries
  • Willingness to adapt quickly to shifting business priorities

This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
