Azbil is expanding its businesses in the areas of building automation, advanced automation for factories and plants, and life automation for essential services and people's health and well-being.

To further the company's growth, it is also expanding actively in overseas markets and is looking for a
Regional Sales Support Assistant Manager for the Building Automation business line to join our team.

You will work closely with our management team and will be responsible for growing our business in the APAC region.


Responsibilities:


  • Supports the Senior Manager to interface between our Key Customers and our company to establish sustainable relationships to build a structured sales foundation for Building Automation Solutions in the APAC region
  • Discovers new business opportunities and develops Account Strategy and Action Plan
  • Works with company's affiliate sales to deliver presales product and technical support engaging with customers, project specific proposal preparation support, clarification meetings, supporting 3rd party events.
  • Assists in creating sales toolkit.
  • Uncovers customer value drivers and communicates company's value proposition
  • Identifies and influences customer's decision makers and buying decision criteria
  • Gathers Customer Requirements data and collaborates with Solution Specialists to create customer proposals
  • Documents sales activities and creates summary reports for the management
  • Promotes collaboration and experience sharing between the company's affiliates in the region
  • Identifies industry trends, collects and assesses competitive and market intelligence.

tradeshows, industry marketing seminars and strategic account programs.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical sales or business development, ideally with some background in BMS and Automation products
  • Good industry knowledge (especially for HVAC control and Monitoring & Control System), with an existing network of contacts (preference)
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
