Job Scope:
Student and Academic Services DepartmentThe Career and Attachment Office (CAO) develops and empowers students in their career aspirations by providing them with experiential career programmes, resources and services to prepare them successfully in their career-readiness.
This position will support the Student and Academic Services Department in their daily operations of Career Workshops, Outreach and Industry Education events and Alumni programmes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in workshop administration which includes liaising with internal and external trainers, preparing workshop materials and room setup
- Administer and track students' attendance and workshop evaluation
- Provide logistic support for outreach activities and industry education events
- General administrative duties such as collation of data, preparation of reports, information updates
- Attend to enquiries, appeals and feedback from students
Job Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline with at least 23 years' experience in training programme administration, marketing, and project management.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge in Learning Management Systems and social media tools would have distinct advantage
- Skills in designing collateral and preparing infographics would be an added advantage
- Meticulous with strong organization and administration skills
- Good team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Selfmotivated and proactive with good attitude
