Roles & Responsibilities

Able to lead team of workers and supervisor;

Accountable for the profitability at designated site;

Must have good management skill;

Process good communication skills;

preferably to possess driving licence;

Knowledge of Auto-CAD for drafting purpose;

Multi skill knowledge of various construction services;

Attend to site meetings when required;

Monitor site schedule to ensure that progress at site is in line;

Hold facilitator meeting for different site supervisors;

Ensure that strict safety at site in conformance to MOM regulations;

Attend site show round when dedicated to do so.
