Position Summary

Role and Responsibilities

  • Work with the stakeholders of the systems to understand operational requirements and provide solutions
  • Conduct thorough system testing and debugging to ensure systems work in accordance with requirements
  • Conduct routine and nonroutine endtoend process analysis to look for opportunities for improvements
  • Provide trainings to all End-Users (including Call Centre/Service Centre) for new system/process implementation.
  • Work with Service Network PICs to achieve operational efficiency
  • Provide technical support to endusers and assist in problem resolution.
Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Data Analysis/System Support
  • Experience in Consumer Electronics/Customer Service industry will be an advantage
  • Communication skills to liaise with relevant stakeholders
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
