Description

To review technical & commercial contracts and agreed deviations for project.

Evaluate, organise and prioritise workload within the schedule.
Identify engineering problems and ensure solutions are implemented in timely manner.
To precide and conduct meeting coordination between various departments.
To review the procurement logs, identify the delays and expedite procurement activities with close coordination with engineering and procurement.
To participate actively in vendor technical / commercial negotiations.
To maintain close watch on project budget so that the company objectives are met.
Coordinate, monitor and control subvendors for the delivery of their equipment and documentation.
To oversee the progress of subvendors and intervene actively in case of any delays or resolve technical / commercial matters with subvendors. Liaise with third party contractors to ensure all equipment fit for the purpose.
Prepare weekly progress reports for the project as required.
Coordinate with planner and various department for timely and correct inputs for progress reports / project schedules.
To identify and maintain change order register in consultation with engineering, procurement and construction, as well as assist in costing the change orders.
To coordinate with client on the approval of such variation orders.
Assist in the project coordination and mechanical completion scope of the project.
To conduct client meetings as needed in resolving daily project matters and smooth execution of project.
Manage the interface and communication processes between parties on all project activities.
Coordinate for the preparation of the project final documentation.
To coordinate and resolve after shipment issues related to punch list, subvendors and engineering among others.
Ensure good housekeeping, discipline and safe work practices at all times.
