Senior/equipment Engineer - Singapore - Inspire Recruitment Consulting Pte. Ltd.
Description
Responsibilities:
- Install, set up and buyoff production equipment and maintain its performance to specifications.
- Evaluate, qualify, maintain and calibrate equipment for operation to meet customer requirement.
- Support production in meeting output and Quality & Reliability (Q&R) in resolving product/equipment issues.
- Plan and execute enhancement activities to minimize test operation cost and improve equipment performance.
- Lead engineering projects, handles new product startups and production ramp support.
- Deal with the customer complaints and the corrective action follow up along with detailed analysis on the problem.
- Participate in quality, productivity, yield and maintenance cost improvement programs. Drive on their respective CIP is a must.
- Define flow, operation needs and training for smooth operation of the product.
- Guide a team of engineers and technicians in the daytoday activities.
- Interact with the respective supporting departments in implementing and executing the new requirements.
Requirements:
- Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with minimum 3 yearexperience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Selfmotivated with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good management, leadership and problemsolving skills.

$3, $5,000.00 per month
