  • Posting Date: 14 Jun 2023The Assistant Director shall lead the hospital's facility planning and project management team to carry out:
  • Projection of healthcare demand and facilities required to meet these healthcare demands for SGH Campus.
  • Development of space plans, physical plans and support infrastructure plans for each phase of SGH's development.
  • Value management of identified projects to achieve optimal space allocation against identified costs.
  • Manage assigned development projects of SGH Campus.
  • Custodian of SGH Campus.

Job requirements

  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project / Construction Management, Interior Design, Building Estate Management.
  • At least 14 years of relevant work experience and of which 10 years are in a managerial capacity.
  • Experience in planning and project management of major facility development.
  • Able to work independently in fast pace environment.
