Description

Job Descriptions:

1. Oversee risk management of bulk commodity spot transactions, including process approval, customer access, contract review, drafting letters, exception handling, payment collection, data archiving, and managing external lawyer-led litigation and arbitration cases.

2. Lead the risk management of futures derivatives business to mitigate price risks associated with spot products.

3. Regularly prepare and distribute comprehensive risk management reports, providing insights into business development and operating trends to inform company leadership and stakeholders.

4. Assist the company in creating and implementing rules and regulations to strengthen internal management, ensuring full compliance.

5. Develop and implement the strategic risk management framework aligned with the company's broader objectives, ensuring proactive identification and mitigation of potential risks.

6. Build and lead a high-performing risk management team. Foster a collaborative environment, promoting professional growth and clear communication of departmental goals and expectations.

7. Implement regular training programs to strengthen the team's understanding of emerging risk trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in risk management.

8. Lead the development and maintenance of comprehensive crisis management plans, ensuring swift and effective responses to unforeseen incidents affecting company operations.

Job Requirements:

1. Preferably possess a strong legal background.

2. Extensive understanding of the commodities trading industry is advantageous.

3. Must be proficient in English and Chinese for effective communication.

4. Excellent writing and reporting skills, demonstrating strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.

5. Proven experience in managing teams and leading risk management initiatives.
