- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
- Work closely with the floor manager to ensure excellent service.
- Prior experience of at least 2 years managing a Japanese quick serve kitchen.
- Passion for creating and working in a kitchen environment.
- A positive and collaborative attitude that fosters teamwork and a pleasant work environment.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring quality and consistency in all dishes.
