Responsibilities

Maintain the mechanical or electrical installation and equipment.
Assist in the installation, operation and maintenance of Company's plant, machinery, building and associated facilities.
Carries out inspection and servicing of the company's mechanical and electrical installations, building and associated facilities, airconditioning units, machinery and equipment.
Attend to request / complaints from users and carries out minor repairs.
Liaise and attend to outside contractors during major repairs or installation works and provide assistance as required.
Conducts regular checks and functionality tests on building services equipment for compliance and serviceability.
Carries out minor repairs on faulty building services equipment to reinstate affected equipment operation in the shortest possible time.
Supervises major repair works by contractors on faulty building services equipment to ensure repairs are done to reinstate affected equipment operation in the shortest possible time.

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services, Facilities Management or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
Experience in building, facilities and M&E services maintenance is a plus.
Flexible and proactive attitude.
