- Any side projects that are assigned Requirements:
- Skills: Problem-solving skills/Project Management/Data analysis/Logical thinking/Communication skills, especially verbal and written.
- Tools: Excel/PowerPoint is a must
- Attitude: Can-do attitude, able to work under pressure, fast learner, strong interpersonal skills, pro-active, independent thinker, being flexible at working location either Shopee Office or BPO Office.
- Education Background: No limitation.
- Working Experience: Having previous experience in system/process improvement/workforce management. At least one year of working experience in e-commerce/BPO/CS related is a plus.
