Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop a business growth strategy to meet financial goals while maintaining customer satisfaction
- Lead and conduct research to identify new market and customer needs
- Arranging meetings with prospective clients
- Promote the company's products and services, addressing or predicting clients' objectives
- Ensure customer success by providing trustworthy feedback and aftersales support to clients
- Build and maintain longstanding and successful relationships with new and existing customers
- Develop entry level staff into valuable sales executives
- Cross functional collaboration with different departments to review current market trends in order to propose new business ideas that can improve revenue and brand recognition
Skills & Competencies:
- Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
- Proven sales track record
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Hubspot)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills
- Robust knowledge of the food and beverage market and industry
- Ability to build rapport
- Good time management, planning skills and an experimental mindset
