- Department Store/Retail sales and stock taking duties
- Handling POS cashier system
- Outlet opening and closing shift duties
- Assist in ensuring that the retail store is clean, organized and well-maintained.
- Ensure all merchandise and price tag are properly display.
- Assist customer in after sales service, eg: exchange, refund and repair.
- Work with customers to determine their needs and then recommend the right product to solve the customers problem.
- Ad-hoc responsibilities as assigned by supervisor
- Replenish stock when necessary.
- Carry out day-to-day administrative work.
- Adhere to company guidelines and procedures.
- Other adhoc duties assigned
