    Description
    Roles & Responsibilities

    The Customer Service Executive is responsible for providing administrative support in fulfilling customer orders and needs. He or She has to establish a good rapport with customers and internally amongst co-workers.

    • Handle all incoming phone calls and emails.
    • Plan and coordinate daily deliveries and collections.
    • Process sales orders, delivery notes, invoices, quotations, debit notes and credit notes.
    • Follow-up and respond promptly on customers' enquires.
    • Work closely with vendors such as Warehouse, Transporters, Shipping agents to resolve customers' issues.
    • Assist with generating daily invoices.
    • Follow up with customers on outstanding AR.
    • Provide Administrative support to the Sales.
    • Experience in freight forwarding will be an added advantage
