Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with customer to understand their requirements
• Contract Tendering and Administration
• Communication and Negotiation with specialized technical suppliers
• Preparation of Contract Documents
• Meticulous and focused under pressure

Job Qualifications/ Requirements

• Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical or equivalent
• Minimum 3 Years' experience in similar position
• Past experience in dealing with Statutory/Institutional customer will be an advantage
• Past experience in Contract Tendering will be an advantage
• Customer service and communication skill
• Focused, pro-active and result oriented
