Your RoleOverall responsibility for the commercial and operational management of FPSO projectsEnsure seamless interface and execution between BWS clients for efficient project deliveryReview and enhance existing operational processes and procedures for improved efficiencyLead and mentor the project team, providing guidance and supportBid for new tenders and RFPs issued by clients to expand business opportunitiesMonitor and manage the profit and loss (P&L) of projectsTrain and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performanceImplement efficient work processes to optimize project operationsHandle logistics for projects and regular shipments, including coordination of road, air, sea, or other transportation methodsManage quoting, organizing, billing, documentation, and execution of shipments from door to doorAnalyze the schedule, quality, and performance of subcontractors and suppliersAssess the performance of suppliers and subcontractors to ensure high-quality servicesAdhere to ISO and OHSAS standards and guidelines provided by the companyMaintain a strong focus on safety and promote a safe working environment for all team membersContinuously work towards reducing the environmental impact of projects based on defined targetsEstimate and project financial developments to ensure financial viability of projectsProvide monthly reports to management regarding project status and financial performanceIdentify and qualify new business opportunities to support company growthContribute to the development and documentation of E&P processes, including management of changeEnsure sufficient and appropriate resources are available in the operational team to meet project requirementsYour BackgroundBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, project management) or equivalent practical experienceProven experience as a Project Manager in Freight ForwardingStrong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectivelyExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levelsStrong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
