    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description

    • Manage the clinic Call Centre and attend to phone calls and emails
    • Responsible for scheduling of maintenance required for clinic and office premises
    • To assist in requests of medical reports
    • To assist in TPA submissions
    • Check monthly invoices from service providers
    • Other clinic admin duties as assigned
    • 5.5 days work week

    Job Requirements

    • At least N/O Levels qualification
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Familiar with email writing and Microsoft Office applications
