We are looking for dynamic and innovative talent to be involved in major initiatives of ESD division of Caterpillar.

Someone who has a good knowledge on process, market analysis and is willing to learn and implement in real world.
Background on Strategy development will be a plus.
The incumbent will be supporting the Strategy Manager with process development and will be using tools such as PPT, Excel and Visualisation.
Meet expectations in delivering results, distil complex results in an understandable manner, make timely decisions, and communicate effectively with all project stakeholders.
Suggest innovative solutions based on new technologies and latest trends.

Desired Qualifications:

Passion for new technologies and demonstrated learning agility
Will be good to have experience of Agile development methodologies.
Comfortable to work with people from many different backgrounds and cultures, internally and externally, with the appropriate influence and ability to resolve differences.
