Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

· Responsible for daily transport activities of drivers

· Arrange the schedule job, set priorities, monitor job progress and tracking schedules, communicate changes with the job orders efficiently

· Ensure all delivery and collection activities are completed within the schedule

· To control and monitor every driver and contractor closely by checking and tracking on their movements effectively

· Ensure that all records in the system are updated and accurate daily

· Coordinate and interface with internal and external customers on delivery and collection activities.

· Any other ad hoc task as and when needed

Job Requirements:

· Responsible and committed Team Player

· Good communication and interpersonal skills including Oral & Writing

· Proficient in using computer applications / systems (includes MS Office)

· Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level in Maritime Studies or equivalent.

· At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in related field for this position

· 5 days' a week / 12pm - 9pm
