M&e Supervisor - Singapore - GREENSAFE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD.
Description
Key Responsibilities/Duties:
- Carry out daily site supervision, coordination and quality assurance of M&E trades on site
- Work closely with subcontractors on their works to ensure timely work progress
- Ensure all works are carried out in accordance to approved specifications and compliance in Singapore Standard and Code of Practice
- Able to arrange and lead team for Temporary Utilities on Site
- To arrange for inspection with RE and RTO on M&E Services
- Able to understand and update any CAD drawings or REVIT
- Able to understand M&E Services
- Handle any other adhoc duties and tasks assigned.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in maintenance of M&E service
- Prior supervisory experience in construction or facilities industry
- Knowledge in REVIT and AutoCAD
- Competent in WSH BCSS
- Prefer with government or stated board experience in building management or construction.
