Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the cybersecurity solutions within the Bank.
Performs regular reviews of the design, architecture, and configuration of the cybersecurity solutions ensuring compliance to our security standards, optimised for performance, and identify and mitigate potential security risks.
Manage and execute related projects, such as integration and upgrade of cybersecurity solutions deployed.
Advise and guide the team on establishing operational processes and procedures, in line with industry best practices.
Work with internal teams to ensure that the cybersecurity solutions and security measures are integrated into all aspects of the Bank's technology infrastructure.
Keeping abreast of emerging cybersecurity technologies to identify areas of risk and enhance current processes and technologies in placed.
Establish and maintain strong, productive, and collaborative relationships with service providers to ensure the required level of service.
Utilizes excellent communication skills required to influence and negotiate with senior leaders and external parties.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
At least 7 years of experience with cybersecurity solutions management or support.
Subject matter expert in more than one related cybersecurity domains or solutions (e.g., cyber defence, endpoint security, network security, vulnerability management, etc.).
Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, SWIFT CSFT, or PCI-DSS.
Attention to details and displays strong technical knowledge, with a securityfocused mindset when it comes to problem solving.
Experienced with managing thirdparty partners, outsourcing and largescale operations.
Strong commitment to personal development technically and professionally.
CompTIA Security+, ISC2 CISSP, or ITIL certifications will be an added advantage.
