Develop design concepts and prepare with the project team documentation for tenders and construction

Project coordination and design documentation
Project administration
Draft and prepare layout drawings plans and 3D perspective drawings in the fastpaced work environment
Collaborate with designers, contractors, and project managers on projects
Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements
Knowledgeable to draw for C&S, Mechanical and Electrical works using CAD
Manage project site vendors and progress
Ensure all works meet quality standards and government regulations
Ensure that the expenditure of the projects is kept within budget
Attend meetings and liaise with consultants, subcontractors, and any other parties involved in the project
Any other adhoc duties that may be assigned from time to time
6 working days per week

Job Requirement:

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills for any occurrence of emergencies incident which may be out of the control
Willing to travel islandwide for multiple projects as assigned and working location will vary after project completion
Able to attend to any emergency call due to project needs even on weekends/PH will be a plus
Possesses good interpersonal skills
Multitasking and able to work well under pressure within timeframe given
