Description
Our client is seeking for a Receptionist for their Office in SingaporeLocation:
Central Singapore
Responsibilities:
- Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner
- Attending to guests and visitors
- Preparing meeting facilities, and arranging refreshments, if required
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients
- Replenish stationery in the meeting rooms and assist with settingup Audio Visual equipment when required
- Provide support to the team and other administrative duties as assigned Providing secretarial support and cover for secretary as and when required
Requirements:
- At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Reception/Front Desk
- Strong IT skills including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Flexibility and genuine willingness to assist others/work as part of a team
