Our client is seeking for a Receptionist for their Office in Singapore


Location:
Central Singapore


Responsibilities:


  • Answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls in a professional manner
  • Attending to guests and visitors
  • Preparing meeting facilities, and arranging refreshments, if required
  • Scheduling and confirming appointments
  • Directing the flow of mail, faxes, and deliveries to reach the intended recipients
  • Replenish stationery in the meeting rooms and assist with settingup Audio Visual equipment when required
  • Provide support to the team and other administrative duties as assigned Providing secretarial support and cover for secretary as and when required

Requirements:


  • At least 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in Reception/Front Desk
  • Strong IT skills including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, etc)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Flexibility and genuine willingness to assist others/work as part of a team
