This position reports to the director of Kata Logistics & Relocation Specialists Pte Ltd.
He/she is responsible for managing and reviewing transportation operational policies, standards and procedures in accordance to transportation business and customers' needs, including the implementation of transportation solutions.
He/She is also responsible for managing transport business resources, including manpower, internal assets and external vendors. Resourceful and analytical, he is required to manage resources and persuasive to obtain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders. He is also expected to lead a department and make business decisions independently.Specific Responsibilities:

- Review effectiveness of risk management plans and resources for transport execution
- Anticipate emerging transport operations parameters to determine future resource requirements
- Communicate key messages resulting from transport operations data analysis to key stakeholders
- Communicate importance of achieving transportation operation timeframe outcomes with efficient use of resources
- Formulate vehicle management strategies across different project
Technical Skills and Competencies
- Analyse and perform business continuity plans to ensure understanding of scope of engagement
- Manage customer to ensure satisfaction
- Optimise and improve process
