    Roles & Responsibilities

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

    • Coordinating with technicians and clients on service appointments.
    • Updating data and preparing schedules, quotations, and related documents.
    • Handling day-to-day administrative and accounting duties.
    • Liaising with suppliers to obtain costs and submitting quotations to clients.
    • Performing other assigned tasks.

    Requirements

    Candidates must possess at least a Diploma or Degree equivalent.

    Preference is given to executives specializing in air conditioning.

    Able to communicate and write in Japanese.

    Work Schedule

    Monday to Friday and alternate Saturdays until 1 pm.

    Compensation

    Salary will be commensurate with qualification and experience.
