Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities and Tasks:

Design, develop, and maintain backend systems and services that support AI models, ensuring high availability and low latency.
Integrate various machine learning models and algorithms into backend systems to address business problems, such as recommendation systems, predictive analytics, etc.
Optimize and fine-tune backend systems to speed up AI inference service and maintain high observability.

Requirements:

Proficiency in Python, with expertise in writing async code.
Proficiency in Golang, with expertise in writing concurrent code.
Backend development experience with knowledge of database systems (SQL and NoSQL), as well as web development framework (gin, chi, echo, FastAPI, Flask) and API design.
Master's degree or higher, preferably in computer science, engineering, mathematics, statistics, or related fields.
Bilingual, fluent in Chinese and English is a plus (as candidates need to liaise with Chinese/Mandarin speaking counterparts in China for job purposes)

Bonus Points:

In-depth understanding of AWS cloud platform configuration and management, with additional points for holding AWS-related certifications.
Avid contributor to open source projects.
Past achievement in programming contests.
