Take in customers' vehicles and note down service request required

Placement of all protective sheets on customer's vehicles
Liaisie with technicians on the job required
Provide quotations to customers at the quickiest possible time
Ensure all jobs requested are being carried out and completion timeline is met
Arrange with customers on vehicles collection timing and go through invoice clearly
Upon payment, walk customer to their vehicles and open the door for customer with warm sending off
Send out thank you messages

- send out reminders for next servicing one month before due
