Description
Provide support in conducting customer due diligence on new and existing customers.- Undertake compliance monitoring and investigations as requested.
- Conduct regular ongoing monitoring on existing customers.
- Review and ensure the accuracy of Know-YourClient (KYC) and due diligence documents.
- Interpret and understand applicable regulatory requirements.
- Stay updated on new regulatory requirements.
- Keep abreast of changes in existing regulations.
- Actively participate in the development and implementation of internal policies, procedures, and controls.
- Undertake adhoc compliancerelated tasks as assigned.
- Report to the Compliance Officer.
- Support Compliance Officer in customer due diligence processes.
- Assist in compliance monitoring and investigations as directed by the Compliance Officer.
- Implement new policies and procedures as needed.
- Assist in preparing compliancerelated internal training materials.
- Undertake assigned adhoc tasks related to compliance.
