  • To ensure guest needs/expectations are met or exceeded by providing efficient and professional service
  • To lead by example, by demonstrating exemplary professionalism
  • To resolve any and all potential service failure issues
  • To liaise with the Kitchen to ensure a consistently good standard of food quality, efficient profitability and creative presentation
  • To perform duties in the best interests of the Company, ensuring that the corporate Vision, Mission statement and Values are upheld
  • Management
  • To maintain high standards in Customer Service through direct supervision
  • To develop individual staff Performance Standard by planning and implementation of in-house training and development programmes
  • To ensure that the restaurant operates in compliance with the Company's Policies/Regulation and Standard Operational Procedures, as well as local authorities' and the NEA regulations
  • To enforce discipline and ensure proper conduct of all staff
  • To create and maintain a high level of morale amongst staff
  • To monitor and control labour through effective manpower scheduling and monitoring of staff leave
  • To ensure strict adherence to receiving, checking and storage of inventory
  • To handle all restaurant administrative duties and ensure timely submission of documents to Headquarters
  • Responsibilities Sales and Finance
  • Be responsible for financial performance of Outlet, including its profit & loss, and implement appropriate cost control/monitoring measures
  • To maximize profitability of the restaurant by increasing turnover (revenues and covers) as a first priority and controlling costs as a second priority
  • To ensure security of all cash & gift vouchers, approval of cash claims and maintaining of accurate records
  • To ensure accuracy of all sales takings, including timely cash banked in, credit card payments etc
  • Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years management experience in Food & Beverage industry
  • Possess sound leadership qualities and ability to manage service staff
  • Possess competence in IT skills with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
  • Possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills; able to build lasting relationships with guests
  • Possess good organizational and management skills; able to lead and inspire staff
