Description

Responsibilities

  • To assist in the daytoday office administration
  • Making phone calls to clients
  • Data entry of information into the system
  • Ability to do presentation slides & other reports using Microsoft Powerpoint & Excel
  • To ensure all documentation and filing are done in a proper manner
  • To perform other ad hoc duties as and when assigned

Requirements:


  • Min GCE 'N'/'O' Level/Diploma holder or its equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Excellent customer service skills over the phone
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
Willing to work in Alexandra / Bukit Merah area

  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
**Working hour - 5 days work week - 9 pm to 5.00 pm
