Description
Responsibilities
- To assist in the daytoday office administration
- Making phone calls to clients
- Data entry of information into the system
- Ability to do presentation slides & other reports using Microsoft Powerpoint & Excel
- To ensure all documentation and filing are done in a proper manner
- To perform other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements:
- Min GCE 'N'/'O' Level/Diploma holder or its equivalent
- At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
- Excellent customer service skills over the phone
- Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
- Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
