    Responsibilities

  • Execute operation procedures within the cell based on Overhaul Maintenance Manual
  • Utilize machines/ equipment/ tools to carry out disassembly and assembly functions of engines, its associated modules, parts, components or accessories.
  • Solve technical issues and problems as appropriate when encounter in their daily work.
  • Actively support and participate in EHS and Continuous Improvement and Ethics culture projects and any other corporate initiatives.
  • Assist the Operations Leaders in their daily operations to achieve production targets, corporate goals and discipline.
  • Carry out SAP transaction and make necessary changes to works order in SAP.
  • Carry out proper documentation.
  • Carry out any other duties as assigned.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum NITEC or Higher NITEC in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or any other related discipline.
  • Minimum 2 years work experience in disassembly/assembly or test in aviation industry.
  • Internal applicant must be in current grade for at least 2 years prior to higher grade application.
  • Able to display Continuous Improvement competencies.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with a positive attitude towards change management.
  • Good team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good understanding of technical drawing.
  • Highly motivated with a strong drive for success.
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
  • Able to multi-task, work under pressure and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
