    Job SummaryThe Head of Finance is responsible for overseeing all financial operations and providing strategic financial guidance to the organization.

    This role plays a critical part in ensuring the financial health, stability, and growth of the company.

    The Head of Finance leads a team of finance professionals and collaborates closely with senior management to make informed decisions and drive financial success.


    Key Responsibilities:

    Financial Strategy and Planning:
    Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
    Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
    Prepare and present financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to senior management and stakeholders.


    Capital Management:
    Optimize the company's capital structure and manage cash flow to support growth initiatives while maintaining financial stability.


    Financial Operations Management:
    Manage and oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, financial reporting, and treasury.
    Ensure compliance with accounting principles, legal regulations, and company policies.
    Monitor cash flow, manage financial risks, and optimize working capital.
    Implement and maintain effective internal controls and financial systems.


    Financial Analysis and Reporting:
    Conduct financial analysis to evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and support business growth.
    Provide insights on financial trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to support decision-making.


    Financial Reporting:
    Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and financial projections. Present financial performance to the executive team and board of directorsLiaise with auditors and oversee audit process of annual financial statements


    Budgeting and Forecasting:
    Lead the annual budgeting process and collaborate with department heads to develop accurate and achievable budgets.
    Monitor and track budget performance, analyze variances, and provide recommendations for cost optimization.
    Develop financial forecasts and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and resource allocation.


    Others :

    Tax and Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations. Coordinate with external auditors, legal advisors, and tax authorities as needed.


    Treasury Management:
    Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders. Optimize investment strategies and oversee cash management


    Team Leadership and Development:
    Lead and develop a high-performing finance team, providing guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities.
    Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
    Ensure adequate staffing, resource allocation, and performance management within the finance department.

    Qualifications and Requirements:
    Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is preferred.

    Proven track record as a senior finance executive in a similar role within Technology, Media or TelecommunicationsStrong knowledge of financial management principles, accounting standards, and financial analysis techniques.

    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
    Proficient in financial planning and budgeting software, as well as advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
    Demonstrated experience in leading and developing a finance team.
    Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
    Strong business acumen and the ability to align financial strategies with overall organizational goals.
