Responsibilities:

• Lead the Outlet Team in achieving Outlet Sales Target
• Manage the day-to-day operations of multiple branches of a beauty salon business including,staff management, staff rosters(not limited to).
• Responsible for daily outlet operations such as handling of customer complaints, motivate staff morale, provide guidance & coaching to staff, etc
• Able to train, mentor and coach outlet staff to develop and maximize their performance
• Handle customer enquiries
• Provide professional consultation and advice customers on suitable beauty products and treatments
• Ensure good customer experience and service standard
• Assist in daily retail operations
