Description

Partnership Development

· Assist in preparation of yearly fundraising strategy for AHL that aligns with AHL's branding and ethics guidelines, whilst consulting with various departments to establish appropriate strategy.

· Research and identify prospects to support AHL by leveraging on the various programmes and festivals.

· Secure donations, sponsorships and grants to achieve targets.

· Write funding and grant proposals to potential sponsors.

Relationship Management

· Stewardship of donor benefits and recognition in a timely manner

· Ensure prompt acknowledgement of corporate and foundation gifts and sponsorships.

· Assist in developing engagement and growth strategy for current donors that will result in renewal opportunities for AHL.

Stakeholders Engagement

· Establish, cultivate, and maintain productive relationships with corporate organisations, foundations, individuals and statutory boards.

Administration

· To provide Administrative support for:

Donations, sponsorship and grants

Donor Management System

Campaigns

Requirements

Education

· Bachelor Degree holder preferred

Experience

· Minimum 3 years of experience in arts management/ business development/ not for profit fundraising, in positions of progressive responsibility, preferably in the arts, entertainment, charity, social service or education sectors.

· Proven track records of successful sponsorship programmes and partnerships.

Skills

· Demonstrated success in strategic planning, proposal development and in the identification, solicitation and closing of sponsorships and business deals.

· Track record of developing corporate partnerships is strongly preferred.
