Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the Product team to design and build scalable insight delivery solutions
Mentor team members on best practices for code development, version control, testing, and experiment repeatability
Develop a deep understanding of data assets and their relation to business processes
Work with data team to ensure data assets and analytic pipelines are reliable and robust
Stay informed on company initiatives and pain points to foster innovation and process improvement using data and advanced analytics
Present clear and actionable findings to stakeholders with appropriate technical depth
Safeguard customer data assets by reviewing procedures and processes
Act as an expert in advanced analytical methods and stay updated on advances in the field
Develop and implement new analytical methodologies and techniques for clients
Identify key business drivers that have the biggest impact on customer loyalty, relationship strength and business results
Identify and build target audience for marketing campaigns and loyalty campaign personalization using ML/AI techniques
Manage direct reports, providing coaching, feedback, and development opportunities

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Statistics;
Analytics, Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, etc.)
3+ years of handson analytical experience
Expertise in building ML/AI models and workflows
Proficiency in SQL and R; knowledge of Python and Tableau is a plus
Familiarity with CRM, loyalty, and consumer marketing
Experience in managing and leading a small team
Strong skills in data visualization and BI solutions (e.g., Tableau, Domo, QlikView etc.)
Knowledge of Git for version control
