Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Analyze and prioritize vulnerabilities, and implement strategies for mitigation.
Provide strategic advice on technology and cybersecurity.
Lead and take part in the enhancement, implementation, and continuous refinement of incident response processes and procedures.
Explore and record security incidents.
Supervise security systems and stay vigilant for threats.
Create and enforce security protocols.
Carry out routine vulnerability evaluations.
Notify about security incidents and cooperate on responses.
Boost employee awareness on security through training sessions.
Remain informed about cybersecurity risks and responses to incidents.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or similar field.
Minimum of 5 years in a cyber or information security management position.
Proficient in Mandarin for close coordination with counterparts in China.
Sound knowledge of current cybersecurity threats, trends, modern concepts, and technologies in cybersecurity.
Background in Cyber Security Operations, Incident Response, Forensic Investigation, Threat Intelligence, or Vulnerability Management.
Capable of managing and configuring security systems, monitoring network traffic and system logs, carrying out regular security assessments, and responding to incidents.
Understanding of business processes, IT risk management, and related standards.
Proficiency in using industry-standard tools for vulnerability scanning, assessment, and penetration testing.
Strong problem-solving skills, able to think critically in high-pressure situations.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to collaborate and explain technical concepts to non-technical team members.
