Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop New Business: Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion, with a focus on acquiring network clients in branding, media, and digital marketing sectors across ASEAN and China.
2. Regional Team Management: Lead, manage, and evaluate the performance of the regional team operating in the ASEAN region, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
3. Support Growth Initiatives: Provide strategic support to drive the growth of our regional consulting business, as well as foster development in key markets such as Singapore and Indonesia.
4. Strengthen Media and Martech Networks: Enhance the ASEAN media network by leveraging digital media expertise and solutions from other Group companies. Similarly, strengthen the ASEAN martech network by leveraging mar-tech knowledge, solutions, and technology within the Group.
5. Digital Transformation: Drive the Group's digital transformation agenda by implementing intelligent consumer data systems, media tools, DX (Digital Transformation) knowledge, and resources across all countries and offices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record in business development and team management, with a focus on the ASEAN markets.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, media, and brand development trends and technologies.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
