Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages with precision and flair.
Create innovative and visually appealing drink recipes while maintaining consistency and quality.
Engage with guests to provide personalized recommendations and ensure a memorable dining experience.
Maintain cleanliness and organization behind the bar, including proper storage of ingredients and barware.
Monitor and control inventory levels, replenishing supplies as needed and minimizing waste.
Adhere to all alcohol service and safety regulations, ensuring responsible serving practices.
Collaborate with the bar team to develop new drink offerings and seasonal specials.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Bartender in a highvolume restaurant or bar setting.
Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and drink presentation.
Excellent communication and customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fastpaced environment.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards.
Certification in responsible alcohol service is preferred but not required.

Require to work during **weekends and holidays
