Salary: S$2,200 - S$3,000

We're seeking a Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team. You'll play a key role in supporting the sales process and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Manage sales inquiries and customer purchase orders
• Process sales quotations, orders, and purchase orders efficiently
• Act as a liaison between customers and our team regarding product quality and delivery timelines
• Provide excellent pre- and post-sales service to build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Coordinate shipment logistics according to sales orders
• Retrieve mill test certificates when necessary
• Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure timely customer payments
• Complete tasks assigned by the departmental head and directors

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in selling hardware products or electrical supplies, preferably within the oil & gas industry
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Strong analytical mind and planning skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
